twist in events for the new position. my current boss/company owner, threw a boat load of cash at me to try to get me to stay. and literally mean a boat load, it would be more than enough to buy a boat, and a new diesel to tow said boat.

with the info i have, making the move is best for me and my family. Im going from a CTO of 10 man company to Director of 300+. its a no brainer especially considering what my future opportunities can be. sure the small business can blow up and i can make a ton of cash, but with the current track record, i see more on the side of collapsing. its really unfortunate, the last owner, and myself did a half ass decent job building this company up over 5 years, then it turns to shit in just over a year.
Hmmmmm The truck that i'm interested in is relisted in a different city with slightly different info. Same phone number and overall same details. I know craigslist detects duplicate ads so maybe he randomly changed shit in order to have two ads up?

there's your answer. Now the question is can you use this new offer as leverage to try and squeeze some more coin out of hte new employer? hell at least another week paid vacation?
I may have just met Jesus. No, not rics cousin. Jesus Christ. Lol
Random dog ran by. Several seconds later guy runs by. A few minutes later guy walks back the other way sans dog. I ask "was that your dog?" Her answers "no. I tried to save it and it ran so I wanted to catch it."
I thought that was odd but whatever. Then he walks away about 15' but returns. He then says a prayer... blesses me...then runs away..
Coworker and I chuckle and go on working. Ten minutes later he returns. He asks me if I know where some place is. I inform him I'm not from around here. He says thanks and again walks away 15', then returns and says a prayer, blesses me again. Informs me that the lord is our savior and I am blessed... and walks away arms out a little at his sides palms forward, looking up at the sky eyes closed. Then he runs away again.
Young dude too. Tall. Skinny. Could be Jesus reincarnated..
At the Taco truck for lunch. Dude offers to buy buddy and my lunch. I told him we had a big order for our shop. Didn't care. Paid for it all. 40 some odd dollars.
Never had that happen before. Not going to lie. Awkward

All GM trucks come pre-wired for trailer plugs. The full size also have 2 extra wires that run from under the hood to the back for trailer brakes. GM sells harnesses that plug into the truck for brake controllers. All have trans coolers, some have auxiliary trans coolers, some have oil coolers.
You can install all of that stuff if you feel you need it.
The gearing in tow packages is going to hurt your gas mileage. My truck has 3.73s from the factory because it is a ZR2. I sometimes think about putting 3.42s in it, because I really don't need all that torque.

because odds are that i will tow more than the truck is rated for from time to time. I was leaning towards the package because of the trans cooler and lsd assuming that its part of the package.. Didn't know that they call came with a trans cooler. What i initially meant was if it had a hitch since it can't be seen in the pix.
