So, I heard some terrible grinding noise, like metal on metal from my brakes yesterday. I was thinking, there's no way they're bad, I put new pads on last spring! So, I ripped the side off that I heard the noise from. Turns out one of my caliper slider pins was frozen. Since there is only 1 piston and it's on the inside, it killed my inside pad and by the time I got to it, it was metal on metal.
