It's not good to see that crack on the weld. I know it is rare but does happen with wrecked bikes or ones that are stunted a lot from what I've read.
Thanks for the pic so I know where to look in the future.

Yeah I was really bummed when I saw it, but i have a new frame coming tomorrow so i can swap it. and I'm most likely going to do a time laps when I rebuild it.

There has never been one of these frames that I know of to crack/break SOLELY from stunting or any form of riding.
The bikes are made to be ridden, NOT crashed. Crashing is the only way I have seen them crack/break

did you not inspect the bike before you bought it? that's a huge crack!

Looks good. I just recently converted a 07 to a 08. Always nice to see the before and after work.

I bought it though an auction website, and you buy as is, where is. I didn't get to see the bike till after i picked it up.
