Bell RS-1...without a doubt.
Personally, i think it is the best helmet for under $900 (I wore SHOEI's and Arai's until trying the Bell). It is much more comfortable and has better ventilation. And the quality is awesome.

I say the HJC RPS-10. I have crash tested it twice, and it has performed far better than the shoeis and arais I tested before.
Also performs better in most every way PRIOR to crashing too.
I am not sponsored by them, but I dont plan to run another lid any time soon.

I second this - I've had this helmet for about a year now. Love it.

I'm a big fan of Suomy Vandal... I'm on my second one. It's one of the lightest.
Crash tested my first one involuntarily.

I tryed the bell on i didn't think much of it to be honest I'm sure it would be a good hat, I'm biased thou I just love the way my shoei fits. Who's making bell their helmets these days anyway? KBC makes roughly 70% of the helmets out their wouldn't be at all surprised if its them.
