First gen caliper rebuild kits
I've been on line and saw a few caliper rebuild kits for a 1st gen 750 but wanted to know if anyone has tried any of these and what are your thoughts? I run USD front forks and the 91-92 calipers on my WERA bikes but am going to start next season with the stockers on my 87 AHRMA project. Who sells the best kit?

Re: First gen caliper rebuild kits
I just bought oem kit from a dealer. About $53 per side. That included all seals and pistons. Look on most any micro fiche and I think it is number 1.
Pretty straight forward install.
I also got HEL SS double lines. Still working on the soft lever but its better than before.

Can you give me more details on where you got your rebuild kits from ? I want to rebuild my GSXR 750F [85] calipers

Re: First gen caliper rebuild kits
I got mine from boulevard Suzuki with free shipping. Thought I would try them but found free shipping means slow shipping. Took 2-3 weeks to get them.
Call Justin here from Toledo Honda/Suzuki and I'm sure he'll help you out. When it comes to seals/gaskets I get OEM.
You'll get the 4 dust seals, 4 piston seals, and 4 pistons per kit and you'll need 2 kits to do both calipers.
On the micro fiche I believe it's #1 which included everything you would need but again speak with Justin. He's good.

tourmax also makes a good kit with new bleeders, and bleeder caps. I bought mine from powerhouse-uk on ebay. About 80 shipped but well friggin worth it for both sides.
