Ahhh a story I'm still angry to tell.... Welp, after getting the bike running I was riding it around everywhere including to work. I work in NYC and usually I only ride my F4i stunter in because every now an then I come out to find my bike on the ground. The stunter has a crash cage on it so I could give two shits if it gets knocked over because I do more damage to it while stunting. Anyways, I chanced it and rode my gix into work happy to have it back and running. I come out midday to find it on its side.....

I pick it up, rash on the cover, rad res busted open, paint on lip of wheel chipped, gas leaking from cap and I roll it forward to hear a metal on metal sound. Grab the front brake lever and squish, roll the bike forward and it grabs. I look over the rotor/calipers/wheels and the asshole must have literally plowed through my bike and kept moving because they hit it hard enough to bend one of the rotors and grind up the lip of the wheel. Worst knock over in the 3 years I've been riding into work. Even better, because the front rotor was so bent up I had no use of the front the brakes so I rode the dam thing back to the garage using only rear & engine brake. Essentially spent 200 to use the rotors for two weeks...money well spent right?
I do plan on buying another set but I'm holding off until I decide what front wheel/ brake setup I want to run and if I can find a matching car rim for the rear. I was thinking of getting a 05/06 636 wheel or 07+ R1 wheel and running 07+ R1 6 piston calipers or trying to snag some Brembo calipers off a Duc.
