i have a link to a current traffic camera i watch often for work, is there anyway i can take the live feed and make it appear onto my desktop?

if anyone could shed some light onto this subject i would greatly appreciate it. i already have a shortcut to the camera but would like for the camera feed to stay active on the desktop without leaving the browser up and open

idk if it can even be done

I know windows 8 has active tiles it would probably work with

Is it a web based link? I'm not sure if Win7 has active desktop anymore, but I used to link the live radar feed as one of my background elements this way.

If html wallpapers are allowed, embed the object in a page and apply.

Or just geek up and get another monitor.
