This is likely the wrong place to post this question but this is the only section of the forum I've used, if its a problem let me know.

So I PCS'ed and this time a round I'm renting a house with a garage! But now Im faced with a delemma with opening the garage door in a timely manner.

Im just curious if anyone has used an garage door opener designed for a motorcycle or knows of an programmable keychain solution that they'd recommend?

Beep your horn rapidly as you ride slowly down to the last 50 yards of the house.

This will give your other half time to run out and open it...works for me..

LOL! But no that doesnt work for me... Cant use the horn at 6am and other times of the day the wife is at work also.

But awsome and thank you guys!! Ill mimic Destructo's solution =) Just purchased a keychain remote from lowes and have a couple buttons laying around to break. Just need to decide where to put the button... prolly left hand side fendor . This will be my weekend project
