no. He has the same truck but in a 5.4L gas motor. So either swap my motor/trans into his or his body parts into mine. His is also lifted and is sightly smaller than mine.
The way it works is you get a total offer. Lets say 20k.
In my case I still owe money. So lets say that I owe 5 grand.
That leaves 15k. Minus my deductible 500 bucks.
that leaves you with 14500.
They then have a salvage value. They want 2100 for my truck. So they just deduct 2100. So i get 12400 and keep the truck.

I hate christmas decorations mainly because i don't want to climb on my roof to put up bullshit lights only to take them down a month later. Fuck that!!!!
The family is a good family! They do this for the neighborhood kids and even do a Toys-4-Tots toy drive every year. Not to mention, they have a real life Santa there a few time so the kids can get their picture taken. In addition, they do a nice buffet of cookies, cake, candy and hot chocolate during the toy drive.

I just put a few strings on the bushes and a wooden nativity scene up. No way Im getting out the ladder for it I hate when people leave Christmas lights and decorations up a long time. Shits gotta be gone after New Years

Taking them down does not bother me, it's putting it up that makes me CrAzY! For years I was doing blue lights which I like but the wife hates. However, after years of using the same lights, it was easy to put it up.
Last year I changed the lights and went to colored lights. Now I can't remember what goes where. I must have adjusted the lights like 5 times yesterday before just getting the outline of the house done. I still have some trees and bushes to light up and again, it's going to be a pain since I replace more stuff with LED's the other day.

yeah fuck that. The times that i have put lights i just put a string of lights along the roof. Didn't take long but by the time that i got around to it it was almost christmas then i had to take them down. I only put them up when i get tired of the wife nagging about it In 3 years i've put lights up once.
