What is it you want an apology for? Do you drive a vehicle that you need a tire knocker for? Why was said tire knocker not in that vehicle, or at the very least in the garage and not in your bedroom where it's purpose could even be called into question. Your earlier line of trying to get the case thrown out on technicalities makes everyone wonder how solid your argument of the cops lying is anyway.
Obviously there is no way to prove the cops lied or did not, the only thing you had in your control was not having something that could be construed as a weapon in your immediate living area. You already went to jail on this charge, what is it we here are supposed to do?
