so i figure this is a(n) recurring question...have low beam issue of not coming on...i've changed the whole switch assembly, checked fuses, and changed light bulb itself with no help of it working...i started bike one morning and it came on then went to high beam and back to low beam and it wouldn't work...is there anything else that im not getting that could be the source of the problem...

I'd get the old multi-meter out and narrow the problem down, old fassioned process of elimination. Start with the light female 3-prong connector see if you can/can't get the problem there and work back through the connectors until you don't.

thats what i was wondering if it would be in other side of connector since i replaced the switch completely..in that case could it be the whole wiring harness issue ive looked at fisch and that seems only way to solve it its in other end of wiring

H4...funny thing was twice now ive started bike and low beam would be on but soon as i switch to high then back its out ive heard that some ppl try different bulbs and resolve issue

Hey

could someone clear something up for me please...... I drive a GSXR K2 600. I was looking at a H7/H9 HID Headlight Kit for a Suzuki GSXR 600 2002 on ebay i was going to buy to install on my bike......
Firstly will this kit work?? and secondly in reading allot of forums about k2 headlight problems im reading that on low beam both lights should be on ......

on my bike when low beam is switched the left light is on and when i switch to high beam the one on the right comes on meaning my two lights are on....... Is this wright ???

i THINK yours is H7...not 100% on that..but look into that and see if that helps at all

OP - check the condition of the connector blocks for the wiring. Known weakspot.

When sitting on the bike, down under the right ram air duct there is a bunch of harnesses. I don't remember which one of them it is but one is for the headlight. Find which one it is and clean it. That is where all my headlight issues came from.

I just remembered which harness it is. It's a black one with a orange wire being looped back into one side. Hope this helps.
