Crap, VIR is cutting it close for me to get lvl 1 and 2 knocked out before I leave for Hawaii.

Hard to say but I think it helped me with getting my vision where it needed to be.Also my confidence went through the roof.

Awesome. There are so many things in Level one that can help make a difference in your overall riding that it can be hard to pin down one thing exactly. The visual thing is key though, when you have good visuals then your confidence goes up. I found the 2-step to be one of the most valuable for me. Even as I was racing AMA I had to constantly work on bettering my 2-step and my visual skills.
