No Pocono?!! Like I said, easy decision. I need as much variety as i can get. That's a shame cuz i hear good things about nesba. I'll prob join tpm and do a day with nesba just to experience it.
Hmmmm. Looks like NESBA might be visiting Pocono after all based on the Pocono website. Might be one of those "Super Surprise events to be announced when secure."

Ugh. I just went to put my suit on to go for a short street ride and I wasn't even close to zipping it. I am not sure if that's because I've gained so much weight or because I've been hanging it up in a spot where the sun beats on it all day.
O well, I will have to wait and see now I suppose since my source is faulty.
had me excited for a second
SO, busy day today! My goodies arrived and i went straight to work.
yanked the bent to shit subframe.
I think the basket is aftermarket judgin by how much thicker it is and how unfinished the aluminum is. But it was as "new" as i could hope for:
Good as new! Notice the no-cut garbage is gone, replaced with a proper set of woodcrafts.
I put the spare tail on just to make sure the sub was straight. All is well.
AP rearsets slapped the new pegs on them and stashed the others in the toolbox
What do you guys think? Not too hard to repair, right?
The clip-ons and top triple should arrive next week Almost there!
Even had a pleasant surprise. removing all the wiring around the subframe did something cuz now the bike starts without the set valve servo plugged in. Maybe tomorrow i'll pull the wire and see if the FI goes away. Not the most convincing "fix", so i'll be bringing the servo to the track with me just in case the ghost in the machine decides to fuck around.
And finally got around to the pics of the gear. These shot are after i "cleaned" it. All that talk on the forums about A* quality being iffy is not true in my case. Two sets of A* leathers literally saved my ass last season! And both sets are going off to Lizzy to repair for more abuse next season.
The hole is almost in the exact same spot as my identical red 2-pc
I slid on my elbows and wrists for a while before tumbling. The hard plastic gauntlets on these gloves are the only reason i still have wrists!
