I'd just assume not see half my family anyways and I see them at every holiday
The family I actually have a relationship I will be with all tomorrow, because I want to be Thanksgiving in general just doesnt really get me excited I say thank you for three things every morning and the food isnt really that much different than what I normally eat
I just don't like to see the part of my family that doesn't work. They just sit on their lazy asses and collect welfare when they are perfectly capable of working. They instead choose to live off their mom (my aunt) and the government assistance

Yeah, I'm with ya there. Luckily, my father's place is only 30 minutes from my house. My father is okay, but he doesn't give a shit about his grandchildren. He's never asked about them or if he can see them. He's never seen my daughter play soccer. He lives in the same town basically.
It's sad.

My mother is the POLAR opposite of my father. She lives in Indiana and my kids see her more than they do their grandfather who lives 30 minutes away.

And yeah, if anyone way like that in my family they probaly wouldnt be invited. Kinda why I dont like the farther away family. They are really rich(NOT the part I have a problem with). The thing that annoys me is my aunts kids(my age) werent taught the work ethic that made their parents rich
