stock bike looks stock why didn't you just sell your oem plastics, and buy a new set custom painted? the powdercoating could've been free
your oem plastics (worth a shit ton, are now worth jack shit) and you paid more to paint over it :l
doesn't make much sense to me... then again, neither does cApItAlIzInG EvErY oThEr Letftterufck this.
6yrs of riding (rockchips, scratches, etc...etc...) The goal wasn't looking for a custom paint job but more of a stock looking color scheme that'll still make it look decent. Right rear tail was broken in Myrtle
Beach from a chick pushing down on it, breaking it completely off, had to Guerella Glue it back together while down there for bike week. In the process of the makeover I purchased a carbon fiber center tail and a new right tail. They had to be painted. Left and Right sides had taken a beating throughout the years. Parts of the decals had scratches on them.....so why not get everything painted????? Overall it didn't cost me an arm and a leg
Nice make over! Personalized touch...negative trolls always gotta force advice but they don't understand these are our bikes and we do what the hell we want to them! Btw you can not powder coat plastic lmfao! Paint from plastic is removable and you can buy OEM paint http://colorrite.com/ as an example...Because my fairing was already cracked from the previous owner and I hated the color but got a good deal I decided to personalize it.
