I got EFI live installed on my truck with 5 tunes and even at the highest tune, it only smokes when I start to go which isnt a whole lot but after that there is none and its pure power. Just rawrs down the road.
Smoke is cool to an extent. When ever we saw people with trucks that smoke properly (not smoke/lope tune) we always called it "horsepower you can see."

Nitrous is an oxidizer. When you spray nitrous into a gas engine you have to spray extra fuel as well.
Propane on a diesel is extra fuel, it uses its own air. When you do propane injection properly you also install nitrous. You end up with propane as the extra fuel and nitrous as the oxidizer, and you end up getting a lot more out of the propane and it doesnt smoke like a douche.
