I might have to send him mine again, or give thenm a clean....mine is hesitant at part throttle.....I think it's cos' i have a feeling some rust is in the tank(ccm'c colours) I put on.
Fancy going for a ride on the weekend Mr. Smurph?

Re: one happy smurph
Right first the bike is new to me again. All the little issues I had with the fueling has disappeared. It pulls smooth at normal road speeds(feels like the bike I done my test on) has manners pulling away(don't need to gas it loads to get going). I haven't done a top end run yet as rush hour in London at night isn't the place for what I want to do.
Can't wait for the weekend as I was planning a long ride to get to know her again so yes armi I am up for that(my mate who also has an srad rarely rides with me and when he does he is slow).

It's amazing how much trouble carbs can give. GDC is very lucky to have Chris here to help us all.

Re: one happy smurph
Done some high speed running and it didn't miss a beat. Bike now pulls from 2k all the way to redline. And the surge once you get past 10k is addictive. I love it.
Anyone thinking of having carb work done seriously consider ccmhunt even if your not in the USA. The companies that I found in the UK that do similar work will end up costing you more than you think.
