Blue one is nice. That was the original color i was aiming for before i got my white one. Even though im glad i got the white, the blue is still really nice.

Oh, sorry. Didn't realize you didn't know the cowl comes off with a twist of a key. Now your first question makes sense.

Never really thought about removing it. I also have the passenger seat too so I guess I keep it there for flexibility.
