They took it as my nov and dec bills paid so i didn't owe until January. I can't swing it if i'm buying a car.

Sadly, a lot of mortgage companies won't apply it to the principle unless you specify on the payment that it is to go towards the principle. They lose money when you do that... so they make it difficult to do.

This type of item is one thing I will have specified in my contract when I buy.

probably wont be able to put that in the contract. typically there is a check box on the payment stub.

You won't be able to do it in the contract. But like he said, either you can submit paper payments with stubs that they provide, or you just write "APPLY TO PRINCIPLE ONLY" on the check note section. (of course, this only applies when you are paid up for the month

)

today, interwebbing friends, i am thankful. thankful for being a lazy ass and not throwing out some Silvadene cream from 2006

burned myself with some hhhhhhhhhhhhot water this morning. dug that shit out, stirred it up, slapped it on. skin is still tender, but not on fire, and doesn't appear crispy.

gotta break in the clutch first. The car wont be insured or registered till monday so no shenanigans till i have all paperwork in order. The registration expired a few months back.
