One of the areas we work in the fire inspectors are required to wear bullet proof vests always wonderful. I keep my hoodie on and mouth shut plus I am a bigger guy so normally don't have issues

if you can make it ... let them keep the extra payment. that should go 100% to the principle

They took it as my nov and dec bills paid so i didn't owe until January. I can't swing it if i'm buying a car.

Sadly, a lot of mortgage companies won't apply it to the principle unless you specify on the payment that it is to go towards the principle. They lose money when you do that... so they make it difficult to do.

You won't be able to do it in the contract. But like he said, either you can submit paper payments with stubs that they provide, or you just write "APPLY TO PRINCIPLE ONLY" on the check note section. (of course, this only applies when you are paid up for the month )

Re: Boredz V49 - Canucks optional :P

while I'm not on board with the "thankful every day" in november thingie...

today, interwebbing friends, i am thankful. thankful for being a lazy ass and not throwing out some Silvadene cream from 2006

burned myself with some hhhhhhhhhhhhot water this morning. dug that shit out, stirred it up, slapped it on. skin is still tender, but not on fire, and doesn't appear crispy.
