Ric, those cars don't have "chips", the computers are programmable, but not at the level that the LS-X computers are programmable. Unless its a 93, then you're just fucked.
94-95 are also not as good as the 96-97, but still manageable, mine was a 94 and it was programmed.
Be very careful of any product that tricks the computer into making changes, like MAF translators or TPS trickers.

LT4 hot cam is a decent mid level cam, IIRC it had a really good idle. I have/had one somewhere, I was gonna put it in my car.
There is not such thing as titanium valve springs, maybe new springs with titanium retainers? You could find out by sticking a magnet through the oil fill hole to see if they are titanium.
Not very many long tubes made for them cars with that motor, should be easy to figure out. Does it have V-band clamps at the end of the headers? If so they are FLP headers.
The metal elbow is the elbow right before the throttle body. The factory one had a tube that hung down along the radiator. They were often replaced with aluminum ones. I had one on my car, but only because I had it drilled for nitrous nozzles.

Get rid of that flowmaster.
I put a flowmaster on my car and lost 2/10ths and 3 mph over my stock muffler. Sounded OK, but the Corsa I bought sounded better, You can hear it in the burnout video I posted earlier. Corsa is just as, if not more, expensive as Borla. But worth IMHO.

I dont like flowmaster either. Way too damn loud. I want something a bit quiet at idle. Odds are that it doesn't have cats either.
