I think that's probably what I'll do. It came with no clutch or ignition covers on it (which isn't a bad thing since I'm pulling the Woodcrafts off the popped motor anyway, and maybe the shift star as well).
I don't need an SS motor at all, it was more that I just wanted to make sure that everything on the inside was on the up and up, but by the looks of what I can see inside the intake and exhaust ports, inside the bottom end from the sides of the case I think I'll probably just put this one in, get it retuned on the dyno and be done with it.

No more tire deals from TPM for FT next year. All the good stuff has been taken away. Dont know how much riding Ill do next year, certainly less than this year. Im happy I bought the one set of 211s I did so at least I can get a few days in on them.

Yanked the clutch and the race shift star out of the old motor and ready to put into the new one.
New challenge, I have to swap flywheels as the new engine did not come with it and this friggin nut is proving to be a BITCH to get off (haven't even got to the part where you need a puller to yank the thing off the end of the crankshaft). Need to get one of those electric impact wrenches I think to get this damned thing off.
Want to know what's fun, realizing you need the motor back in the frame in order to hold it properly to unbolt stuff out of the motor. Lifted up the engine through the middle of the frame by hand and shoved the bolt through with my knee. Fun fun fun
BTW Rich, any word on the injector stuff?

If that dont work I have a 3/4" impact gun here too. I also might be able to borrow a 1" impact gun as well.

I wanna ride dammit......this winter is gonna suck. I'll probably get this motor done and in place before the end of the month....get bored and piece together the rest of the stuff with a SS build.....drop the spare motor I just got an put that one in before spring.
