No. He works for an IT firm. If you own a company and have no IT you have contracts with companies like his for your it needs. They can support you remotely.
But there is a possibility that they are in the same building just in different suites.

they have notes that i called and that they told me that an adjuster would see my truck in 2-3 days but the idiots never submitted the info to the adjuster. She told me that it would be another 2 to 3 days so i told her that its unacceptable. She put me on hold to speak to the adjusters dept and they are going to try and get someone there tomorrow but for sure by Monday
