They likely are "natural". Natural in the sense not silicon, but rather from the hormone injections, and the help of some padded bras and shit.

If you were open minded enough to know anything about transgendered people it is pretty easy to understand.

The guy... born a girl... likely always felt like inside he was a guy. Always was attracted to girls. Not in a lesbian way, but felt like a guy who is attracted to girls.

Same with the girl.

so.... He is attracted to girls. She is NOW a girl. She is attracted to guys. he is now a guy.

Who better to be "accepting" of their past, than another transgender. Makes perfect sense really to anyone open minded enough to think about it.
