I appreciate the fact that you clearly tried to pass on some of your knowledge about counties and local cities. However, the constitution will never be considered in any argument based on the weather. The aforementioned will always be true, unlike something that is usually true.

if i need to explain the post you quoted, then i would honestly have to lower my rather high standards for fellow gdc peeps (to a fault at times admittedly) in terms of their grasp of language. i don't really want to do that, despite your difficulties :l
