Advice for tossing the bike over in corners?

More than likely it is old fluid that has air and water in it.

Pads are EBC HH"s. Dealership installed new reservoir, pads, fluid, and flush/blleed a week before the track day.

HHs are not ideal trackday pads by any stretch, but should not get significant pad fade if they were new.

Thanks for the referral! I'll be coming stateside for Christmas and will need to pick up enough brake pads for 2013. Any recommendations?

For dual purpose or track only?

For track only I recommend SBS Dual Carbon. Phenomenal pad, but they do take a little warm up so they are not great for the street.

For the street they make a sintered metal that works well. It is also the one I would recommend in the rain (not that it is a concern in Abu Dhabi ). I get mine from MPHbikes.com

I also have used Perfromance Friction. They have several compounds and it depends again. 07s are great race pads. 10s are more race, some street, and 95s are mostly street but can be used on the track. I get those from Motomummy.com

Dual purpose. But I hope to get a truck once I get back from vacation. If that happens.. then the bike is going track only.
