How is it that the "transmission looks good"
What did you do to actually view/inspect the condition of the transmission?
Sounds like damaged dogs on the mating surfaces of 1st gear from what you are describing.

Nah... Well I check the Gears and they dont look like they wear down, but I am not sure what could be the problem since right now she is getting 1st gear with out no problem, only sometimes when I rev or hit the throttle the chain is getting like stuck and sometimes jump when you reving it.

You checked the teeth on the gears? How did you do that? Did you take the motor apart?
Did you confirm that the shift dent star is tight?

Maybe it is just the chain and sprockets, you should be able to inspect it and know.
