I chopped my Two Brothers muffler almost in half and I love the way it sounds amazing! A little sluggish taking off low rpm but hopefully a TRE will fix that. Seems fine cruising and during acceleration. No backfire or flames.

I didn't take the strap or rearsets off. Mine seems a little heavier than the other 2lb. claims.

I used a chop saw with a cut-off wheel. Super easy but i had to test cut to make sure it was a clean cut because my end cap actually goes inside the can and not over. I didn't drill any new rivet holes yet and i might not have to. I had to use a rubber mallet to get that SOB back inside. Turned out good though.

Thanks for the awesome write-up! Gave me something to do today.

02 600, yoshimura trs chopped a couple inches short of halfway. I've probably had it for close to a year but this is my first time hearing any fly bys.
