Granted, it's a toss up between Torque and Biker Boyz but honestly, Ice Cube only had one expression throughout the whole movie, angry snarl. The bike duels with the girls was totally rad as was the Y2K but I think Biker Boyz nudges it out. The all time winner, as I have mentioned many other times is...

If you watch late night Nickelodeon, you know that the running time on a 30 minute show is now 35 minutes to accommodate an extra 5 minutes of commercials. So what is a 22 minute show with 8 minutes of commercials, now has 13 minutes of commercials.
