A little confused by this statement...your idle (or pilot) jet is the one shown in the picture.
Other than that, sounds like you're good to go

I an going to be seriously disappointed if this doesn't fix anything... I'm going out tomorrow after work to install. I'll give an update then.

Ok, update... Ran great for about half hour then started sputtering and eventually died, but last glance the fuel lines were dry. And yes there was gas about two gallons. Took off petcock looks to be ok. When I had the tank off no fuel came out even on prime

Re: update
Fuel should flow freely from the PRIME position.
In the ON or RES position, no fuel should flow unless vacuum is applied to the vacuum outlet...

Re: update
I would buy a new pingle valve or a rebuild kit. That diaphragm looks terrible, which could be an indication that the rest of the seals are in bad shape. I just purchase a new rebuild kit for $30 off of a local shop.

Re: update
The plastic piece is known to seize up...
The metal prongs from the handle piece then snap off if you try to turn it (happened on mine)...terrible design. If your petcock is in fact shot, get a Pingle as mentioned above. The part # should be in a sticky in this forum...
Why don't you try rigging up an auxillary tank to see how she runs?

Re: update
Can't really see them from the size of the pic. But yes at the base of that pin there should be two metal tabs. They almost look to be broken, in that case a replacement petcock is needed.

Re: update
I don't have an Ebay account, let alone a bank account. Haven't had one for about for years or so. Don't need one when all my money is gone to bills as soon as I cash my checks.
