i'm no stoppie master, but from the guys that i know that roll crazy ones:
compression: up all the way and back a bit
rebound: up all the way and back a bit
preload: down all the way and back a bit
24psi in the front tire
you want your shit stiff so your brake lever input shifts your bike angle, and doesn't bounce the suspension, but not so stiff that your tire locks up before all the weight can transfer to the front of the bike
