Exclamation Motomummy Messed Up My Order

I own a 06, 600 GSXR and placed a order for a 01-2010 45t 520 Driven Sprocket, I get a 97-00 GSXR Sprocket...

Ok I know Im going to be at fault cause I didnt check the invoice sent to my email but I know for a fact I chose 01-2010! My bike is my only mode of transportation thus I am with no transportation til I receive the correct sprocket.

To top it off, it was suppose to be here yesterday and arrived this afternoon...

usps for ya right? or was it shipped out @ an incorrect date? I'm a pretty unhappy customer right now and since motomummy is only open til 5 and its 6pm in TX...

wheres that motomummy user? fixed me up a order so that tomorrow you can have it ready to ship out, and i want it overnighted or im going call my attorney for loss of wages. not to be a dick but i cant work til I get my sprocket on. My bike is sitting with the rear wheel off right now and the luckily the tech was nice enough to let me leave it over night but he said he would have to charge me to leave it another night

my stock sprocket is not drive able.

motomummy you have ruined my friday please fix it.

I'm sure they will work with you to fix it as I have seen nothing but good customer service from MM. It's not their fault you waited until your sprockets were unrideable to replace them, that's all you. Lost wages? You must be crazy.... Just easier to blame someone else than take responsiblity.

Yep

I need new brake pads...so I'll wait till the current ones are chewing the discs up before I get new ones...

Also, theres probably a small bit of writing regarding FedEx delivery times...yknow, "Delivery Times are not guaranteed..."

Just because your profile says you own a 06 600, doesnt mean you didnt get a second bike, or order for a buddy

And it says BOTH Priority Mail AND fedex, meaning either they would use either, or in some cases the two actually work together these days (which is very common now)

Re: Motomummy Messed Up My Order

Maybe you should have kept up on the bike and you would have been able to ride with the stock sprocket while the new kit was ordered. You waited til the last second to repair your bike. Not their fault. Thats your fault. Shit happens, dont turn into a little baby. They have helped a ton of people on here. If you had just emailed them they would have taken care of it. But now you go bashing them and expect them to respond in less than 10 minutes. Your out of your mind.

My man,why are you creating a thread about this?Instead of wasting time trying to put Motomummy on blast, you should be trying to contact them.

Dude. Really? They have an email address. What makes you think callin' them out on here would make your situation any better?

Re: Motomummy Messed Up My Order

I've had nothing but good service and positive dealings with MM. You are handling this in a very poor way. Maybe you should try to directly contact them to handle the situation instead of dragging a site sponsor and great dealer's name through the mud? Immaturity leaves all of us eventually, some sooner than others i suppose <_<

Bwahahahahaha!!! This is some funny shit. Sue for lost wages? WTF? I bet when you clicked on the product, you didn't select the correct bike from the drop down menu, which is why you got the wrong sprocket.

By the way, why are you only replacing the rear sprocket? If the rear is that bad, I am gonna take a wild guess and say that your front sprocket and chain also need to be replaced.

The tech said you could leave it? Im assuming you haven taken it to a motorcycle shop for them to replace the sprocket you wrongly ordered, why not just buy the right size sprocket there instead of bashing MM on here? Or there is the alternative get to "hoofin" it

Re: Motomummy Messed Up My Order

Why are you people bashing me ? I know what I ordered, I didnt chose the wrong bike from the menu. It even saysI OWN A 2006 GSXR so even if I did make the mistake wouldnt someone there contact me and say "you know your ordering a sprocket for a year that will not fit yours" if theyre custo service is SOOOO good....

Also why are you people assuming my sprocket cannot be driven? Even if I can drive on it, I have to pay to have the tech put it back on $60, then wait for the right sprocket to come in, pay to have the old taken off and new one put in $100 (he lubes the chain, checks all cables and a few other goodies).

Secondly who said I own only a rear Driven Sprocket???
I Have the WHOLE kit you moron, the rear was ALUMINUM AND ROUNDED DOWN CAUSE ALUMINUM IS SOFTER THEN STEEL.

You people dont feel like Im right for bitching cause I feel like alot of my time and money was wasted on something so simple as a $55 part then so be it.But just know this is a forum and im sure theres something in the TOS about me be able to express my opinion in a proper manner as I am doing.

Im sure they call what you people are doing "trolling" and trying to attack my character.

Yea they probably helped alot of people, yea Im probably turning a mole hill into a mountain but hey its my thread, dont like it then dont read it or respond. Go make a thread about how you think motomummy is the coolest company on the interwebzzz and leave my threead alone u mean people

No, that is not their job. Just because you own a K6 does not mean you were not ordering for another bike. Learn to work on your own bike and/or don't take it apart till you have the parts, especially if it is your only transportation.
