Yeah... bandits are very customizable.
The previous owner changed the handlebars so it rides like a road bike.
Pretty cool but not comfortable for long rides.
25 years old?... they're like classified as classic after 25 years don't they?
I currently have a 600 Bandit and the only thing I changed was the stock bars to flat Renthals as I couldn't get used to the upright position after riding the gix for so long.
Bulletproof engines and with a decent rider will give bigger bikes a run in the twisties.
Here are some more pics.... :_sad2::_sad2::_sad2:
Posted it for 19.5 and got sold for 19. Was sold in 2 days after posting it on carsales.
Should have asked for more.
Still crying about it.
Nice. At least you can get another one there. We cant get them here until 2024 when they become legal to import under the 25 year exemption. We have very strict laws on importing non USDM cars. Unless ofcourse theyre 25 and older.
Yeah, I'm surprised with my little 250.... I only got it for 3k with 15000kms on it.
Hey cainy boy... can you send me a pic of your bandit600?... i want to see your renthal bars.
My bars are low coz the previous owner got those cafe-racer style ones.... looks good but hurts my back anything after an hour.
Then I got to work.... backyard job-style.

Thinking of putting this short pipe permanently but I am still experimenting with a 4" baffle and some baffle wrap to keep it quiet as it's really, really, really LOUD. 4 by ST41NS, on Flickr
