    continued...... There seem to be a sweet spot at around 100km/h,then as soon as you make the smallest change in throttle position she starts jerking very violently. Clutch in, and she revs clean, as soon as theres load on motor, she jerks. oh,also swapped out ECU. Really hope you can try to help me find the problem. had the SRAD for more than 2years now and havent had any trouble with her(except for CCT that let timing jump.Replaced that with APE unit ASAP). The bike is very well maintained and dont want to sell her. Just frustrating me soooooo much at the moment that I'm really considering it. By the way, when I replaced the pump and filter I flushed the tank as well. Sorry for private messaging you out of the blue. Thanks for taking the time to read the message. Hopefully you have some idea of what is going on with my baby.

    I was wondering if you can help me. Been having some weird issues with my 98 750 Fi. It started jerking quite severely a couple of months ago.At that stage it would mess about quite badly on constant throttle and when coming off throttle.WOT and she would pull clean through her rev range. No faultcodes. Anyway,replaced the fuel pump,fuel filter,plugs,vacuum hoses,injectors,fuel pressure regulator,tested and cleaned all connectors and sensors,TPS adjusted spot on. When I replaced the FPR and injectors(got a complete rail) the problem went away for about 150km. went for ride with my mates,and everything was fine. Until we stopped for a smoke break,started bike up and after that she started jerking ever so slightly,but got worse by the kilometer,getting so bad that I thought she's gonna chuck me off. Every now and again she would run sweet and pull cleanly through her rev range,then all of a sudden start the nonsense again.

    OK Buddy sorry for the long lapse I have monies again and I'm down to buy the parts if you still have em. However I realize that its almost xmas so Shall we just wait till maybe the 27th or even after new year? Whatever you think.

    So also wanted to pick your brain about why I thought i needed these parts in the first place and make sure I'm doing the right thing. There's a knocking noise that only occurs when the chain is engaged. By that i mean if the rear wheel is still i can rev up the engine all i want and no noise, If i put her in gear and start moving, i hear the knock, and it's frequency is based on my speed. Even if i pull the clutch, while moving, I still hear/feel the knocking noise. It seems like it's coming from the chain area but i cannot be 100% about it. I've tighten up the chain thinking it was just a loose chain banging against the guard but that hasn't fixed it.

    What do you think?

    Hi, I've read a ton of threads on the transmission issues of the SRAD and your name always comes up so I'm hoping you can point me in the correct direction.
    I have a 96 GSXR 750 with a third gear issue. Up or downshifting there is no third gear. I pulled the engine, and the transmission. I then inspected and measured both the 3-4 fork thickness and gear groove. Both are within spec according to the manual. The fork is 4.82mm thick and the gear groove is 5.12mm wide. At this point I am totally stumped as to why I had no third gear. Any suggestions?

    Hey man, just need a little advice if you have a moment.
    So my srad died on me today, and though I haven't opened her up to see what the verdict is, it sounded like something catastrophic with the cam chain. I am assuming the worst for now, and thinking smashed valves, gouged cylinder, etc. Since my financial situation is less-than-stellar right now, I am thinking about parting it out, or selling outright. What do you think I could get over 5-6 months parting it out? If you could give me some feedback on this, it would really help me in making my decision. Thanks!

    Wow need to put the vodka down, just realized you are in brazil, no didnt junk the petcock today lol, Ayrton was the man by the way. I am 42 yrs old and have race sprint cars for 20 plus years but in my youth he is why I watched F1, still think of what a overwhelming lost he was to racing and just the world in general

    do you have a rebuilt petcock for a 93 mine pissed me off and I broke it, dammit!I am a certified tool and die guy and have rebuilt a many diesel pump, so how can something so damn simple be so damn aggrevating? LOL

    Hey man, just a quick question and you were the active member in my post. The housing for the throttle cable with the kill switch on it. this has some play so it moves a slight bit when I turn the handle bars. there are 3 screws under this all as tights as they get. This normal or should it be rock solid? solution?

I tell my church family, I am a heathen and I need a real Jesus every day, I had open heart surgery three years ago, when I asked my Dr. what my options were he said , You can have surgery, or you can die! He did my surgery the next morning, I thought I'd never ride another sport bike, I hurt and wondered what my life would be like, I have gixxer thousand and a Cannnondale R700 that I wouldn't have been able or wanted to ride 3 blocks, now I do 10-15 any time and 30 isn't out of the question, and thats only limited by desire.     Hey srad, I was wondering what year your srad in your profile pic? It looks like a newer front end and I was wondering if you had any info on a front end swap and what would be easiest/best. If you could help it would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Greetings! I found a post where you said you had a 2000 suzuki gsxr 600 fuel pump. I don't suppose you would happen to have another one lying around would ya? Also I'm finding a variety of price ranges as well. The shop quoted me over $600 dollars and I'm reading that they are much less than that, thanks for your time and help

    hey . well you aint gonna believe this but the new tensioner went bad already. i started hearing a marbles in a can noise real bad today and it was coming from the chain. i put the tensioner i had back on and it was quiet/ does the one u sent have any kind of warranty from whereever u got it?
