I will be (hopefully if I am not too late to book it) doing a Contiki tour of the US finishing in Anaheim on Aug 24. I was hoping to stay in the US for a few weeks after this and maybe check out a couple of states east of Cali before heading back to LA to return home. Can anyone give me any advice on where are fa few good places to spend a few days. I am not driving so will be tracelling between cities by plane so cannot get to to many cities because of cost and I am trying to see which cities have more things to check out to keep me busy for a few days.

Also any advice on accomodation/flight costs would also be much appreciated.

Las Vegas, San Francsico , and San diego all should be less than $100.00 American round trip if you book now. LA to LV is only $ 19.00 each way right now if you book over internet specials.
