Does anyone know of a good suspension setup book to buy online?

Or is there any info online about this? I really want to start setting up my suspension, I dont weight much and I am having a bit of problems with turn in and headshake because of small bumps.

I dont know much about suspension, but perhaps a bit of preload on the front will help a bit, as not much weight is on the tire at tihs times because I am only 145 lbs.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks

Here's the BEST suspension "guidelines" I've found short of a tuner at the track... The best part is... It's free... Enjoy...

Sportrider Magazine has very good setup info online. Make and Model of bike is included. You will be very surprized on how off your bike is set-up from factory. I weigh 113 lbs, and ride a K-5. Talk about squirrely, I dropped the fork tubes 8 mm, adjusted preload, rebound front and rear, also dampening, per Sportrider settings, and I can not be happerier. Set up your bike for you. I paid for all those adjustments, and I'm going to use them.
