I was wondering what you all felt the best way to launch an 06 gsxr1000 on the street is??

dude you gotta slip that clutch... i can get decent launches at 5-6K on the street.... but i try not to....i save it for the track...

Go Ride A Two Stroke Mx Bike And Learn How To Use A Clutch Yep i agree, plus my friend who i ride with on the street has a 06 gsxr 1000 and he rides the shit out of that thing, i mean stand up wheelies 2nd, and 3rd gear on the street it doesn't matter at all, and plus he rides the curves to, he went to the track once and the best time he got was a 6.80 in the 1/8, that's bone stock with nothing done to the bike not even a front end strap
