hello,
i have a 2005 gsx-r anny. edition 600. I went to start it today and i heard this clicking sound. not thinking anything of it i left it going. then the gauge goes blank and is just backlit and the headlights dim. Any ideas?

Get an automatic battery charger made for maintenance free batteries, one that goes to a "maintenance level" current when the battery is full. Normal car chargers will fuck up an MC battery pretty fast. If you're not riding for some time (weeks+), hook up the charger to the battery. I do that with my race bikes that are sometimes not used for months. A external charging plug, for example under the rear seat is a good idea so you don't have to take as much apart to charge later :cool
