I am waiting on a 03 GSXR1000. So what is the general opinion on new bike brake in now? Ride it like a cheap whore right from the dealer, 200 miles, three heat cycles?

I would just follow the owners manual to the letter. One less thing for the dealer to bitch about if you need warranty work

Just done rev it up over 7,000 for the first 1,000 kms.

when i got my first bike the mech told me to ride it hard for at least the 1st 300miles and to ride in lower gears and higher rpm's
it worked for me
