Okay, so it's been two weeks and I still don't have the hugger I ordered from Dynamohumm. Has anyone dealt with these guys before, and if so, can you please post some feedback.
Thanks.

called dynamohumm today -- hugger didn't come in on the last shipment. should be here around 1st week of April. one good thing I can say about them so far is that they have not charge a penny to my credit card. apparently they only charge once the item is actually sent out to you.

So after more than a month of waiting for my hugger, I'm now told that it is NOT available in colour! Why was I told that it was? And why did it take so long to find out it isn't?
Now I have to research the whole freaking thing over again.

Be warned about ordering from these guys

Thanks for the offer Richard -- Dynamohumm is trying to resolve the issue for me. If it's not satisfactory, I will contact you. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Would like to put this topic to rest, so here goes. After discussing the details of my order with Dynamohumm, it became apparent that Pyramid mislead them to believe the hugger I ordered was available to be color matched.
Brian, from Dynamohumm, did his best to try and resolve the situation. Because of his concerns, my faith in the company has been restored and this unfortunate incident will not deter me from ordering from them in the future.

I bought an NWS carbon fiber hugger and frame sliders for my 2003 VFR800 from dyamo and both arrived within days so I was very happy to deal with them. A friend of mine ordered a Pyramid hugger for his 2002 ZX-6R and had to wait a while though.
