My wife got all excited and ordered a softball bat off of paypal in Dec and payed this guy 132.50 for the bat.

He said he sent it out and around the end of Janurary he said "Oops. US Customs lost the bat. I will send you a new one from a guy I know in the states right away." He sent us a tracking number and waited. 2 weeks later, the bat shows delivered on the Canada Post website and now this fucker won't respond to my emails. He canceled his ebay account once he had about 25 negative feedbacks in 1week from people asking for their bats and canceled his Paypal account that we wired the money too. I was able to get some phone numbers for him and called him. He said he would call me back that night and now his phone goes right to voicemail and you cant leave a voicemail b\c it is full. I got into contact with him today b\c I got his home phone number and he basically dangled in my face that I am in the US and there is nothing I can do. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK! I will pay you $50.00 US dollars or more if you can get my money back from this prick. He needs an ass kicking bad.

Just thought you guys would like a follow up.

2 bats have been lost and a money order has been lost.

The guy trying to rip me off is an idiot.

I found out a lot of great info today. He had 2 ebay accounts which have been banned. His paypal account has been banned also.

I sent 61 emails to people who posted negative feedback in the week before he was banned on ebay.

After a shitload of responses, I found out I am not even remotely close to being the only one ripped off. Lucky for me he ripped off one guy of over 2500.00.

This guy called the FBI and they are investigating him. With the help from Dave on here, I called the local police in Derek's area and before I even told them who I was calling about, they said his name. They are investigating him and altough I can't say everything he told me on here, this guy is going down!

WOOHOO! There is justice in this world. After all the aggrivation this guy has caused me, I don't even want my money back.. I just want a news clipping or a picture of this punk being arrested.
