Bill Guerin has surgery to relieve swelling on his thigh.

So, he's gone for the rest of the regular season, maybe more. Turco is out, Morrow is out. Not time table yet (I've read later this week for Turco, but that was also said 10 days ago). So, do the Stars make any moves before the deadline to try and shore up the line up? They could call up from the minors, but the Utah team isn't fairing too well at this point in the season.

Nahhhhh....we're ok. Couldn't you tell from lastnights game? All we need is for everyone to step up and play a little harder. Morrow was supposed to be back lastnight, but it was a gametime decision to not play him. Turco and Tippet said probably two weeks, and Gurin, well you know....a month. We'll be ok.
