sweet! i know a lot of guys around my office (i work with 65 other financial advisors) are playing with some of the precious metals in their own portfolios just for fun....i will check out some penny stocks and we can kick around ideas. i dont use them but i will play around a little for fun with some extra money.:punk

I stay far far away from penny stocks. You would probably be better off buying a lottery ticket.

If you are looking for potential large returns on a small investment options are the way to go, but you have to do your research because you could lose more than you invest (most brokerage houses will not let buy postitions that would allow this to happen unless you have a trading history with them)

The thing with penny stocks is that they seam to be very volitile. They may swing 5 to 100 % from day to day. If you play your cards right and diversify over many stocks you can do pretty well. Just a word of adive stay away from the pink sheets. These are the low of the low. OTCB is the lowest i dare go. Oh and also persoanly i dont hold penny's long term. Im in and out usually
