As many of you know, I was trying to set-up a event to gather all the riders of Massachusetts so they can see and meet other people in and around their area. I know your tired of seeing this memos of this event but this will be the last one.

With many attempts on trying to pick a date so everyone could attend, when it came down to the final date, it seems no one was responding to the final count that I needed for the cost of this event. My last memo was asking to have a final count by 2-28-03 which is tomorrow and as of today I have a total of 20-25. With this number it is not necessary to put a entire club on hold, order a large amount of food, and hire a DJ. I did not want to just put my very own money down for the deposit and have to go thru with this event on a very low show up count.

So those who did respond, if you like we can find another way to hook up for the spring, Im open for suggestions. Im very much looking forward to meeting and riding with new friends in 2003, and im sure many of you are too. So lets pick another date and another event or way to bring this to work. I thank all those who did respond and was looking forward to this event. This is not the end but yet still the begining of a good riding season.
