The new 2006 GSXR600/750's have a large H Shaped void/indention from where the stock fender was attached, It has various depths and angles. Now that I have removed it ( for a cleaner look) I am looking of a way to fill the void. I am wanting to make it flush with the rest of the underside of the bike. Any body got any ideas on what to make it out of or where I can have one made? I want to make it removable so if need be I can replace the stock fender. thinking either plastic, fiberglass, or whatever. Not sure how to go about making a mold, shape it, then make a part. Any "how to's" would be welcomed. My friend took some pictures of his 750 to show what we are talking about.... I am sure Hotbodies will be coming out with one, but i dont feel like forking out the $150.00+ if i can make one myself.

i would just say keep it clean. nobody notices when the tag is on after i put the fender kit on. i haven't seen any around here with the spot filled in.

The fender eliminator kit I bought for mine came with a plastic piece cut to fit that spot. It's not perfect like an undertail, but after modifying the kit to mount the plate where I wanted, it looks fine. I'll try and snap pictures this weekend.

Yeah, I have an evo-tech fender eliminator that I installed yesterday after work.
Came with a piece of plastic cut to fit that H. I had a hell of a time getting those 4 bolts back in w/ the plastic there (fits, but isn't perfect).
Still waiting for my PUIG screen to arrive before posting pics of my 2k6. At that time, I'll certainly do it for ya.
Was my first ever bike MOD (first bike was a gs500f, no point in modding that thing). Took me about 3+ hrs. HAHA. Poor guys at evo-tech w/ my stupid phone calls.

Call a guy named Brent @ 321-693-1323.. He fabs an ABS filler peice that goes along with the bikelitez setup.. I order just the filler peice for $20.00 plus shipping.. fits perfectly and comes in black only. You can go to an autobody paint shop and have them match your tail section paint if it's not already black...

The bikelitez setup looks killer. How hard is it to install? Is there drilling required or does it use factory holes?
