My brother made up some sweet running lights for the front and rear. These things are pretty bright at night. I also powder coated the passenger pegs and rearsets.:

I have a lot of work done by the outfit I used out here in SoCal. They usually have a setup fee for the color of 120.00 and they charged me 36.00 for the labor in masking and plugging screws. They then charged me 36.00 for the powder coating proccess. They waved the setup fee because I send them a lot of work. Oh btw I got two sets done at the low price of 77.00 one for the K5 600 and one for the K6.

I'd say $100.00-$130.00 would be a fair price for powder coating.:cool

Thats totally trick. I am going to get the stock rearsets, levers and passenger pegs done soon for 100 bucks. But I am going to color match them with the gold forks.

Has anyone heard of ever powder coating the rims? I want to chemical dip the and then match them gold as well. Does powder coating the rims cause any problems or add to much weight?

Theres no trick to powdercoating the wheels, just as easy as any of the other parts other then the fact you have to take the tires off.

I've been planning on having my rearsets and passenger pegs powdercoated black, just have to get around to doing it.

How about instead of black having the rear sets and passenger pegs powder coated to match the blue?????

I know it would be different but I may just have to take that leap.

Arc, great looking!!!
