Yesterday I was trying a clutch wheelie in third at like 45mph, just to see if it would come up. When I gave it some throttle and slipped the clutch, the bike bogged like it wasn't getting any fuel, has anyone else experienced this problem? Any opinions on what could be wrong with my bike an 06 1k! Thanks for any input!!!!

u sure your in 3rd? maybe it would feel that way in 4th with that speed. how about doing it a tad faster to see if its fine first.

I'm sure I was in third, and I tried again today after work and it did the same thing. I have some pazzo levers on it, a speedo healer and a scopio alarm. I'm stumped as to why this is happening, thinking about bringing it to the dealership, but don't know what I should say about how I found out it was doing this.

did you try doing it a higher speed?
and does it bog when you just hammer it at the same speed in the same gear?
If not I would guess your pulling the clutch in and closing the gas to let the RPM's drop way down. Then your just hammer it after u've let the clutch re-engage - rather than holding the throttle steady and wacking the split second it re-engages.

1st ? yes
2nd ? no runs good other then that, I can even power it up in fourth, I just feel more comfortable using the clutch.
I have been clutching wheelies on all my bikes since about 12 yrs old, been riding since I was 8 yrs old I'm 35 now, and I have never had this problem before. I am pretty sure something is up with the bike, I was just hopefull that someone else has had this problem before, and could let me know what it was!
