I don't think the 750/600 has the same bolt pattern as the 1000's...........I was looking at them both at the dealership. It looked different

You are right. THe bolt pattern is different. I have both bikes and compared it day one.

$135 is a lot of money (even if it's billet aluminum) but you can't compare that to the $20 bucks plastic crap they sell on fleebay.

I made my own at work for free and got paid while I did it :biggrin!!!

I bought this one....pretty nice, but the bolt holes dont line up at all with the tags here in MD. I drilled new holes in the tag. LED is nice, it really does not light the tag up (fine with me) but technically it is there so the cops cant give me any crap.

Me and friend of mine are making our own molded ABS plastic ones, should be pretty cool. Until that's done, I'm using to 3" brackets from home depot and a couple of led lights. If you want something nice it'll cost you a bit more that the $4 I spent on my brackets.
