Firstly, I expect this ad to be pulled pretty quick as you should not be psting ads in this forum anyway! Just ask Nolz graemlins/laugh.gif

Secondly - that's certainly the very high end of the price range for that. You'll be lucky to get that sort of cash for it.

for another grand and a bit you could buy a practically new R1....

not that anyone (but drizzt) would anyways images/icons/grin.gif

and you are correct woody...you arent meant to post ads up images/icons/rolleyes.gif the nerve images/icons/grin.gif

hey, well the price is negotiable and not set in stone.
nolz a practically new r1? i assume ur talking about the older carby model? its a different bike mate, FI is so much more smoother. and if u were talking about the new model i dont think u'll be able to get a r1 for under 15G's, brand new is 18990 + orc isnt it?
anyways price wise i can probly go down to around 11G's
thanks

Take the it for a ride and see whether you like it or not, thats the only way to tell. I'm sure all these folks here will tell you to keep the Gixxer, but don't listen to them images/icons/smile.gif - only you know what you want.

i reckon the 2002 f4i rossi replica looks so much better than the gixxer...
but then when you go flying past them on a gixxer... you realise you made the right choice...
only get it if its a 2002 rossi rep... graemlins/thumbup.gif

posting in the wrong forum AND he doesnt have a red "r"... tsk tsk tsk... graemlins/thumbdown.gif

hehehe... j/k...

i dont know about that symb....the 600's, infact all teh bikes now are so evenly matched that at teh end of the day its rider ability that will see you fly past a (whatever make bike) mid corner....or down a straight....

whether or not you do the swap will be determined by the quick fang you will take it on graemlins/thumbup.gif

looks wise...
id take the 2002 rossi rep but only that one...
performance wise i would take the gix...
i remember i test rode both back to back last year... a 02 rossi rep with a tri oval slip on and 01 stock gsxr6...
the honda felt good coz i took it first...
but then the gix was spastic compared to it... you could just feel the power difference... not so much the amount of power... more the way its delivered and how the bike feels... i found the gsxr just had to be ridden a little harder and the seating position was a lot more aggessive and comfortable... graemlins/thumbup.gif
