What is everyone running with their K5-up style 1000 and what mods?

Bone stock 06, no strap, just bought last w/e, 750 miles:

10.25 @ 144.7 w/ 1.95 60'

The 60 sucks, but I need to get it strapped, still working on the brackets. I ran a 1.67 short on my stock 01 busa last year, but this thing is a totally different beast. Just need some seat time.

THE LEAST YOU SHOULD DO IS LOWER AND STRAP IT, ITS GONNA WHEELIE SOME BUT U CAN STILL LAUNCH AND RIDE IT OUT WITHOUT BREAKIN YA SPEED. AND U GET MORE MILES ON THE BIKE IT WILL OPEN ON UP FOR SURE
