does anyone know how much hp u woukd gain from doing a port and polish job on the head of a 04 gsxr 750

Depends what you do. Its easier to make it worse than better if you are not really up to speed on porting. Make it clean but polishing makes things worse if anything. Sizing and shape is the important bit.
